SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager position with GTMPHILS has the following responsibilities:

·  Develops and leads a professional sales team to ensure achievement of revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction.
·  Hires, trains, and develops sales staff.
·  Meets assigned sales performance and profitability criteria.
·  Sets appropriate individual performance standards with national standards.
·  Facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results.
·  Develops, implements and monitors a prospecting plan to increase sales.
·  Establishes and monitors work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses.
·  Exhibits a high level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business and other internal departments.
·  Effectively manages profit and loss responsibility to protects company assets.
·  Analyzes various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purposes.
·  Responsible for all functions include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting.
·  Maintains proper inventory controls, facilitates inventory transactions and maintains compliance with GTMPHILS standards.
·  Performs daily sales paperwork audits for accuracy.
·  Manages daily cash handling and accounts payable activity.
·  Analyzes transactions to continuously find methods to simplify procedures, improve processes, and maximize resources.
· Make an over all reports to the superior.
· Meet the monthly objective quota.

Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
·  3-5 years management experience.
·  3-5 years successful sales experience, including prospecting, telemarketing and/or outside sales.
·  Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
·  Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
·  Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
·  Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred
·  BS Management/ Accountancy/ Engineering
·  Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.

SALES CONSULTANT

The Sales Consultant position with GTMPHILS  has the following responsibilities:
·  Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
·  Maintaining strong knowledge of new products, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
·  Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
·  Meeting sales objectives for Web Development, Biometrics and other services.
·  Handling all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, renewal services, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
·  Handling phone inquires from customers on billing issues, payments, & after sales services.
·  Providing client list and reports in monthly basis.
·  Interfacing with other departments on customer's behalf when necessary.

Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
·  AS/BS Management/ Accountancy/ Engineering or any related course.
· Previous Information Technology Sales Experience
·  1-3 years of retail sales experience with key holder/cash handling responsibilities is preferred
·  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
·  The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
·  Computer proficiency
·  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
·  Previous Information Technology Sales Experience is a plus
·  Excellent Communication Skills

TECHNICAL STAFF

· This job requires that the candidates possess strong trouble-shooting skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
·Direct the operations of computer, information systems for company engaging in modern technology products; analyze, develop and implement business transaction information exchange system.
·Will do the installation, performance testing, after sales trouble shoot service.
·Revolve system problem and determine equipment & tools requirements, manage backup, security and user help systems
· Coordination to Sales Deparment and direct reporting to the superior.

  • College degree a plus
    - 2 years experience minimum

    Hardware skills required (install, admin and fix)
    - Fileservers, desktops, notebooks, printers
    - Hubs, routers, switches, firewalls
